UPDATE: Humanized.com abandoned Enso project making Enso+ version below invalid. Fixed, standalone Enso+ version is here.
In my post called 'ENSO' I described one tool that speeds up human-computer interaction enormously. I wrote this software as extension for it in order to add it some new functionalities I find useful.
-You have more than one computer? To keep your ENSO+ settings synchronized in case you use it on more than one machine I recomend you to install and use DropBox.
If you decide to use it move ENSO+ data to DropBox folder: Press CAPS-LOCK key and start typing "edit settings". Release CAPS-LOCK. Find "D:\Enso+ Data" and change it to "D:\My Dropbox\Enso+ Data". Save and close document.
Restart software: Press CAPS-LOCK key and start typing "restart ENSO & ENSO+". Release CAPS-LOCK.
How to use it ?
Press CAPS-LOCK key and start typing "command list". That command will appear automaticaly. Release CAPS-LOCK. All available commands will be showed on screen. Run them in a same way as you run 'command list' command.
Use command 'edit settings' to you see, change and save ENSO+ settings.
Can not install application for some reason?
Try this step by step procedure: -1.
.NET Framework 2.0 is required. Easy way to check if it is present on your machine is by looking for files in folder: C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727. If files are not present there install package from here
install and run ENSO software
itself (with all betas
or at least with EnsoDeveloperPrototype beta
) that I described in post called 'ENSO'
and then to run this click-once installation: Install
Still can not run application? Feel free to post your problem bellow.
To communicate with ENSO software ENSO+ use .Net extension: http://www.ensowiki.com/wiki/index.php?title=C hosted here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/ensoextension/ .

Pretty usefu software, but it seems that it requires at least .NET frameworks 3.0 and 3.5 at the same time. Could this be justified? And is it possible to disable (or remove) some commands from command list?
How about open source?
